Great look and no stripping
Just installed a Trex deck with hidden fasteners and was just going to use standard deck screws for the end boards. Bought these on a whim and so glad I did. The finished look with the plugs is so much better. The plugs are made from the same Trex material so its a perfect match. I didn't buy the special driver bit (that sinks to the correct depth) so I had to eyeball. Was fine just doing two end boards but if I was doing anymore I would absolutely get the bit. If you don't drive deep enough and then plug it its near impossible to get the plug back out once you hit it with the hammer. Screws drove easy and didn't strip at all (unlike the off shelf deck screws I used for the fascia, I think I wasted half of them) Overall great product and would highly recommend for a great finished look.
