month after replacement/install, this regulator is just fine.
the autogen questions ask if this was easy to install. no window regulator is easy to install. if you have never done one, look for instructional videos. I found 2 for Honda Element. neither addressed my exact situation, but they were a great assistance. this unit is quiet, fast and seems durable & is reliable as now installed. certainly was modest in cost.
