YES, THEY ARE CHEESY BUT THIS WAS HOW MOVIES WERE MADE BACK THEN. I WAS BROUGHT UP WATCHING MOVIES, AS MY FATHER OWNED A MOVIE THEATRE BACK IN THE 50'SS AND 60'S. PEOPLE WOULD ACTUALLY SCREAM AT MOVIES LIKE THESE BECAUSE THEY WERE SCARY. SURE, THE ACTING IS BAD, THE SCRIPTS HORRIBLE AND THE MOVIES BAD, BUT THIS IS WHAT THIS COLLECTION IS ABOUT. 12 OLD TIME B MOVIES THAT YOU WILL LAUGH AT AND HAVE FUN. STARS IN THIS COLLECTION INCLUDE BELA LUGOSI, JOHN CARRADINE, BORIS KARLOFF, JACK NICHOLSON, WILLIAM CAMPBELL AND BRUCE KELLOGG. THIS IS A COLLECTION THAT IS FUN TO WATCH. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!!

Great. A lot of stupid inept indefensible idiotic groaning 'you'll wish you hadn't have watched it', but glad you did anyway because I sure as hell did!

just like the product description says, the best of the worst. many (12) bad films all in one place. the kind of things that are so bad you can't stop watching.

Who doesn't love old B Movies?! These are great for all generations. Older viewers remember these features at the drive in, younger people remember them from Mystery Science Theater or late night creature flicks, and kids love the campy, silly nature. For this price, why not own some painfully bad, but nostalgically good old movies?!

These are so bad you cannot even follow the plot of all of them. They are great to make fun of and fun to watch for that reason!!

TRACK OF THE MOON BEAST has passable color, is between VHS and SD quality picture. 1.37:1 picture, only available in this collection and there is nothing to compare it to. MANOS THE HANDS OF FATE has washed out color, 1.37:1, looks cramped, dubbed and if you really want this, buy the restored BD version.EEGAH has washed out color too, is 1.37:1 and the picture looks okay. and there is nothing to compare it to. BEAST OF YUCCA FLATS runs 53:44, 1.37:1 picture, good contrast and picture. Almost as good as the Image version, except the beginning has some of the nudity removed. Buy the Image version.Only buy this collection for those 3 movies (not BoYF) I just mentioned, all the rest are garbage prints!Oh, and buy this for THE ATOMIC BRAIN because it starts with that title. The Something Weird Video version starts with no title, with credits and at about 1:52 minutes it shows the title, MONSTROSITY. This version doesn't have that at that time mark. For the most part, the films were better than I thought they would be. Sure they are campy, but camp has a valid place in our pop culture, and Marilyn Manning is really good looking.

Das sind teilweise keine B- sondern C- und D-Movies. Haben aber durchaus ihren Reiz und man versteht ein wenig besser, was die Amis damals so vorgesetzt bekamen, was Drogen anrichten können (grins) und warum uns das im öffentlich-rechtlichen Fernsehen erspart geblieben ist.Für den Preis auf jeden Fall - zumindest für Filmfreaks - kein Fehlkauf!

A good collection of already available movies. We are offered a different packaging of classic Horror flicks. I must say that this is pretty dense in terms of quality. The two BAD ones are "EEGAH" and "Manos...". Both have been ridiculed in bad movies books, but you need to see them once. THe rest of the collection are vintage flicks to be walched when the clock strikes midnight on a Friday. For that price it does get much better than that in terms of vintage scare films.Enjoy for what it is.....
