This book is incredibly well-written and referenced, but not too technical. It provides critical information on this powerful and proven detox method that is super easy to understand. Concise, well-organized, and easy-to-follow instructions on how to and why do this protocol. It answers all my questions and gives much-needed clarity. Well done! Reading this book is the first step for anybody interested in self-administering this powerful and potentially life-changing detox protocol that has over 25 peer-reviewed clinical studies and 36 years of CLINICAL EXPERIENCE absolutely proving its effectiveness in removing toxins from the body. The author, Daniel Root and his father, Dr. David Root have been administering this protocol in a clinical setting since the 1980s and they are the number one experts in sauna detoxification with niacin. This book (and the sauna detoxification with niacin protocol) is a MUST for everybody, not just the chronically ill and poisoned. We are all burdened by the exposure of large amounts of toxins daily, and if you think your body is capable of eliminating them all without your additional help and effort, you are wrong. Toxicity (and deficiency) are the root causes of all diseases, in my opinion, and this targeted detoxification protocol is the only way to remove fat-stored toxins that have been accumulating in our bodies since birth (since conception, actually).Also a must: there is a SPECIFIC Facebook group called "Sauna Detoxification Using Niacin", run by the Author of this book, that is essential to join if you are considering doing this protocol. WARNING: Do not be confused by the other "smart" FB group, which is just a cleverly disguised sales platform to sell only one specific brand of infrared sauna and provides no true expert help. The person who runs that group pretends to be an expert while he is just a highly unethical layperson, so don't waste your time (and money!), steer away if you don't want to make the mistake I did. I took a chance on this book as I had not heard of it until it came up in my search results. I am glad I did. This is a very well written, solid, and complete source of information for those who want to detox in a sauna. Before finding this book, all the information I had on the process was fragmented from various other sources like LRH's book that I found far too brief on instructions. This book had all the info I wished I had had when I started. I will now recommend this book to anyone I recommend a sauna to now (which is mostly everyone who gets me talking on the subject).

If health and wellness is a priory then this is the best way to go by far!!!This detox has given me back quality of life.

This book is a complete introduction to the way to return your health! It seriously has helped me in so many unexpected ways! I did the protocol as I’m heavy metal toxic and heard this is the best way to remove them, well it worked for me and this book was instrumental in guiding me. I highly recommend it to all, as everyone can benefit from it! This book is well written, easy to follow and explains a structured protocol that works! I wish you well!
