Since the date codes will change as supply moves, it's hard to know what the Best Before Date will actually be before it ships. The shelf-life of all of our rice cakes is 12 months and there generally is 10-6 months remaining once they are sold.

It’s at least 12 cakes in each bag...I thought it was an even amount but it could be 13.
