I bought this for traveling, so I wanted something relatively small but "faster" than the previous one I bought. This is very nice. And easy to figure out and use, Very simple. This doesn't let you set the amount you want ground (it DOES let you set the size of the grind, though!) so stay nearby to shut it off when it's gone through the beans. VERY neat after the grinding - I have another one that always leaves coffee grounds where they shouldn't be, whereas this one makes certain they all go into the correct container.

Es muy bueno, pequeño y cómodo de usar,yo compré otro de los mismos hace un año y funciona de maravilla, compré otro igual hacé un mes para regalo a mi cuñada por el día de la madre,ya qué ella estaba muy interesada en comprar uno igual,y me adelante y lo compre.se los recomiendo es muy bueno lo uso todos días y sin problema.

Great coffee grinder. Works well. But i do not recommend it for espresso.If you drink espresso then you know that it needs to be an extremely fine powder. Very smooth and soft. This grinds it up but not a fine powder like espresso is supposed to be. So it's great if you need course or medium but not fine. I had the setting turned as far as it would go for fine, ran the grinds through four different times and ended up using a different grinder to get the consistency that I needed.It is a great size though, there was no clogging, and I was able to grind quite a bit at one time.

Hi everyone, I loved this product, not only for its perfect design and functionality, but also for its excellent customer service. That's why I gave it 5 stars.Let me tell you my story:When I received the grinder, I tried it out and wasn't 100% satisfied with its functionality, although it worked quite well. One of the things I liked most was its ideal size; it doesn't take up much space in the kitchen. The reason I complained was that I expected it to grind coffee more finely with the fine setting. In my family, we are espresso lovers, and we need very finely ground coffee to get the most out of it.I contacted the manufacturer's customer service, and they provided excellent service.I am now completely satisfied with the replacement and would recommend this product to anyone looking for an American-made product that isn't as expensive as others on the market, for which I'm not willing to pay that much right now. I believe supporting domestic entrepreneurs with ethics and professionalism would be a commitment for responsible buyers. Now, every time I make coffee, I'm sure we'll have a good time, and we'll also think of this business as an example of ethical entrepreneurship in our country. First coffee grinder ive used. Bought it because i accidentally bought whole bean coffee. Works great. No issues.

Not at all a consistent grind. Not much of a difference between fine and course… it’s all course. Very loud, the RPMs are way too high and It makes a mess. Flat blade grinder is much better than this. Spend the money to get a better grinder like a Baratza if you are looking for a Burr grinder.

For some reason the grind of the coffee was very coarse, even set on the finest grind. I notified the company and they were quick to respond. They said they will be replacing it . It's only been a few days , so haven't received it yet. I was very impressed with the customer service. Will see how the replacement performs.
