Mixed Emotions Junior: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Young Children

This has been extremely helpful for lots of the elementary school and pre-school age kids I see in therapy. It has been a great tool for some of the less verbal kids in expressing their feelings, and very valuable for kids to learn about how they can have more than one feeling about the same event. It has also helped kids understand how to rate levels of intensity of their feelings. I have been pleasantly surprised just how much it has helped some of my more withdrawn kids to express themselves.

Although, I find the material to be helpful, I am disappointed in the price I paid for photo copies.

Game rules and use unclear

Not only is this a great tool to help kids with therai emotions, but the company, PlayTherapy Works, is a great company and are not in it just for the money. I will continue to use them for my therapy needs.

it does not make sense how to use this

Excellent kit to work emotions with your child. I was pleasantly surprised to find also an emotions guide for children with ADHD.
