I've had a F2P on my 2010 Gold Wing for years. It works amazingly well, operating my garage door from almost 100 feet away. Never fails to work the first time, every time. I even took it with me when we moved cross country a couple of years ago.So I just had to replace the garage door opener in my new house. I got a new LiftMaster myQ opener and was bummed to find out my F2P isn't compatible! I could've purchased their new version, but the transmitter on my bike is buried under all that Tupperware and beyond a hassle to change out. A few courteous Messenger exchanges with F2P's tech team later, and I had my solution: there's 3rd party bridge that restores the connectivity between my original F2P receiver and the new door!Just about any other company would've made me buy their latest product, but these guys totally understood my situation and found me a solution that didn't put a dime in their pocket! Except that they made a customer for life, and a bit of a brand evangelist as well.Nice job F2P! And thanks!
