Good arms but expensive
Works well on the chair and it was easy to assemble. It would be nice to have an explanation in the box about why there are two sizes of screws. I also this this is pretty pricey for what you get. They seem like they'll be pretty durable but only time will tell.

Works exactly as expected
Installed easily in about 5 minutes with the supplied wrench. Very easy if you support the heavy office chair upside down, seat-to-seat on regular kitchen chair to minimize back strain. No issues with the product, works exactly as expected. There are only three holes in the chair seat that line up with the mounting slots on the arms, so there's no way to get it wrong, unless you cross-thread the screws. UPS/Amazon claimed delivery on a Friday, but it actually delivered on Saturday. Otherwise, no complaints.

They ok, i wish they would also go in sideways in addition to up/down.

Great with the big Safco Products chair!
Bought these with the big chair. They arrived fast and with ALL the necessary parts, bolts and screws. They were simple to attach and work great.

Includes 2 sets of screws, make sure you use the right ones.
Built solid, easily adjustable. However, it included two sets of screws of the same size (one course and one fine thread). In my package, the fine thread was at the top and course was not visible. Instructions showed 6 screws, I had 6 screws so I used them. Unfortunately, this resulted in crossthreading and one of the threads in my chair being damaged. I later discovered the other six course threads under packing material, and they worked fine, but I was only able to use 5 of them.

Way too overpriced.
Good and sturdy; you definitely need these. This was the cheapest offer, and it was still way too much. Good sturdy metal, but wobbly plastic tops. They adjust up and down, and you can adjust in-out when you install them. If it were priced 2/3 less, it would be a perfect buy.

Easy to install!
Have had the chair for years - finally ordered the arms. They make a big difference! Easiest installation I've ever done for furniture items - comes with all items and tools necessary.
