Basic Self Help Book
The book provided some helpful tips to improve and enhance my MTM practice at my clinic site. I wish there were examples of how to write high quality, fast, efficient SOAP notes for comprehensive medication reviews; especially for complex patients with over 5 chronic diseases and on 10+ medications.

Buy this if you want to get MTM certified!
Love that this publication is short and sweet and to the point. There are bigger text books available but for what you actually need when performing an MTM this book is a winner.
