WE WERE CATCHING AT LEAST 1 TO 3 MICE A DAY IN OUR MOTORHOME. WE PLUGGED ALL THE HOLES WE COULD FIND AND THEY KEEP ON COMING! WE PUT CANISTERS OF PREDATOR PEE IN THE MOTORHOME AND THE TRAPS WERE NEVER FULL AGAIN! i PUT NEW PEE IN EVERY 6 MONTHS TO KEEP THEM AWAY. THIS SUMMER, THE PEE GOT TOO OLD AND HAD MICE. PUT IN NEW PEE AND THEY WERE GONE THE NEXT DAY!! DOES NOT SMELL! JUST TAKE OFF THE CAP AND SET THE CANISTER ON THE FLOOR!!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT!!IT REALLY WORKS!

A previous purchase of a different brand made the groundhogs, rodents, and even the raccoons run for the proverbial hills. This year, with this very expensive, very tiny container of this brand, all of the above animals just moved into our crawlspace and started destroying the house. It has no scent. It does not work.

Coyotes stay far away from the house and possums no longer come by at all

I live in a suburban area of Northern California where we have neighborhood cats, opossums, skunks, and racoons. My motion sensor light would come on regularly and was annoying when you look, and nothing is there unless the opossums because they are slow. Laid this stuff around the yard and the light hardly turns on. Seems to be working pretty well. The opossums still go out there and rummage everything, but I am not sure if they would care if a predator was around or not.

I have a town home with a small patio. The last couple of months a squirrel has been persistent in coming over the back wall and hanging around on my patio and chewing my plants. I tried vinegar and hot sauce, but that didn't work. These flakes seem to have done the trick - I haven't seen the little guy since I sprinkled them around. I have no wish to harm any wildlife, but I also wanted to protect my plants. It also keeps away cats who will use any space they can find to relieve themselves. Will definitely buy this again!

Not sure if it’s working or not. The rabbits are killing my lawn so this was going to be my miracle. I got the 33 day dispensers so I could be assured the smell was constant. Trouble was I couldn’t smell it, neighbors couldn’t smell it and apparently the rabbits couldn’t smell it. After refreshing it about 2 weeks in I also sprayed it around the perimeter of the property. The rabbits are still grazing but will take off suddenly and keep going. If a person chases them they will let you get within a few feet then stop until you catch up so that is the only difference I’m seeing. I’m trying one more bottle before I give up.

After reading much about the value of predator urine to keep varmints from the garden, I tried this product. The quantity doesn't go far for a large garden perimeter, and I noticed no difference in the number of squirrels crossing the urine border. Perhaps I needed to spray more quantity along the perimeter ... but that would have made the price for this method of protection prohibitive for my large garden area.

I use it in my well-house where ground hogs kept digging and it works great at keeping them away. The smell is strong so be careful using it where you be in close proximity all the time.
