I don't do keto, but these are very close to zero calorie. The label per popscicle lists 3 carbs, but that's an exaggeration since 2 of those 3 are sugar alcohols, which aren't really normal carbs and can only be partly digested by your body (hence they are what's subbed in usually to replace sugar in 'sugar free' versions of items that normally have sugar).

Q: Seems like these would melt in transit. Are they still frozen when they arrive at your house?

They are perfectly frozen when they arrive, ive never had an issue! They often put them in climate controlled bags. That being said, I usually pick up my groceries as soon as they are delivered to the front door!
