This is really a great set. The previous reviewers have noted the wonderful details that are included here, including the "Do Not Accept Checks From" with all Homer's aliases, Jasper the Freezer Geezer, Krusty-O's, and my personal favorite, Soup for One.It took me about 6 hours to put together. There are a lot of very small pieces requiring some fine motor skills (and I had a lot left over), so I would say the 12+ guideline is appropriate.All in all, this an expensive set but it is very well thought out. Any Simpsons fanatic like myself will get a lot out of it.

Great product for any Lego lover!
My son is a Lego maniac. When he saw this set, it was #1 on his Christmas list. It's an expensive toy, but we saved a lot of money by signing up for an Amazon credit card that gave us an instant gift card that we could apply toward this purchase. My son was so excited when he received this item. It is very detailed and a lot of fun. Great product for any Lego lover!

Stop wheezing the juice!
There are a few buildings in Springfield that are so memorable. The Kwik E Mart is definitely one of them. Lego knocked this one out of the park. Detail, after detail, Lego made one amazing set. I love this set.Now I just need Moes Tavern, the Nuclear plant, the school and The Burns Mansion. Make it happen Lego's.

When does the nuclear power plant come out?
I bought this for my fiance for Xmas. Man the police car that comes with this is worth the 200 alone. You won't be disappointed. The detail inside is exceptional. The only gripe I have is it doesn't have sliding doors! It would be difficult to pull off but man I just want to lay Homer in the door and ram is head over and over like that episode where he worked at the Kwik e mart. I thought u bought this for ur fiance?... Errrr uh yea it's hers I don't play with it I swear.
