Plus the price is great, did I mention that already
Finally something that is worth the price you pay for it in the "Bike" "Tri" world. The bag is designed to fit under one of XLABs wings that are a design in greatness themselves. The bag is big enough to carry your spare tubes and even a folding tire for those 100+ mile rides. As others have stated it is large enough to carry most everything you will need on the road plus the build quality is on par. I have the Sonic Wing with this bag and the small one that fits inside the wing and I have more room than I actually need. Plus the price is great, did I mention that already?

Big and Not Aero
There is absolute nothing wrong with this bag. I race triathlons and I was looking for a bag with ample storage and that would be as aero as possible. I have a Cervelo P2 with the X-Lab Sonic Wing. After reading some reviews stating the mini-bag was too small, I ordered both the X-Lab Mini Bag and the X-Lab Mezzo Bag. For, the record I also use a top tube bag for keys, cell phone, and nutrition. The mini bag was plenty of storage for me. I fit in my X-Lab Mini Bag a 700x25 butyl tube, a small box containing tube patches an cement, a 16 gram tire inflator, 6 individual allen wrenches, and 2 tire spanners. I returned the X-Lab Mezzo bag for 2 reasons. 1. The position underneath the Sonic Wing looked like it was going to create some drag. 2. It was more space than I needed and I want to keep my ride as light as possible.

just what i needed
i bought this for my wife's tri bike. it's definitely a bit bigger than the smaller tire bag from xlab but worth the extra weight. roomy enough to carry two tubes with a regular co2 inflator, 3 co2 cartridges plus tools and tire levers. construction is sturdy as always by xlab

Spacious, Bulky, Unstructured
The XLab Mezzo Bag is spacious and can easily fit 2 inner tubes and a lot more. The build quality seems durable but perhaps a step lower than their own top tube bag series. The bag being unstructured means it can feel pretty filmsy. A large bag with some rigidity helps keep shape. The buckle closure is probably my least favorite part -- it feels like an afterthought in design and it may buckle in an untidy position. Can't speak to its compatibility to other XLAB products since I don't own any.

Good bag
Works great. Fits one tool, one tube, hand pump and tire irons.

Flimsy and too big.
Does not fit well under the xLab Super wing as it is too big and hangs low providing wind resistance. I returned it for the x-Large xLab rocket pocket.

Not bad
One of the few XLAB items I have that I am not super happy with. I don't love the way it hangs down from the XLAB Turbo Wing. I would think it would fit more snuggly against it, but it doesn't. The size is pretty good, however, for longer distance tri's since it can carry a bit more.
