Engraved Music Box - You are My Sunshine, Gift for Wife from Husband - I Love You.

I'm not sure why, but I thought this box was made out of a little better material. Regardless, I bought this for my wife for her birthday and she does like it. Sounds like any other music box if you've ever had one, just a little cheaper quality probably. The picture is exactly how it looks. You open the box and can see the music components in action. Just be mindful that this does look like it can easily break if you have children around. My four-year-old daughter loves that this plays music though! Puts a smile on her face and my wife's each time. Great gift overall.

My husband bought this as a gift for me. A simple token of his love. Every time I look at it it makes me feel so special and when I turn the handle and I hear that song it reminds me how much I’m loved. Everyone who comes into my room is instantly drawn to this little box and the song bring an instant smile to their faces.

I was expecting the box to be a bit bigger and to be able to wind up the music to let it play. You must continue to turn the handle for any music to play. It is nice and my wife liked it.

Great little simple unique gift. Can't help but comment on some of the other reviews...I understand if you received defective, but those complain about quality??? It's $14 bucks and completely functional as advertised did you expect mahogany or Rose wood? Then there's the complaint that it was "manual" wow...clearly a young'un that's never seen this old school technology, which BTW is the charm of the product.
