Pretty good for the low price
This laptop is pretty great for the price it's offered at. Highlights for me are the keyboard, trackpad, and overall feel of the laptop. It is lightweight and has a pretty decent screen. Only issue I've come across is that it does slow down when it's being asked to do a lot (more than 5 or so tabs, open PPT and Excel at the same time, download new software, etc.). I was able to switch it out of S mode within the first 20 minutes of turning it on, so that was really nice as well. Overall, good value for the super affordable price. I'd recommend this for sure for someone looking for a budget laptop.

Buyers Beware
This computer has been trouble from the start and I should have known, there are stickers that say the computer is from WalMart, not the sellers. First, the computer said there was a generic unauthentic windows system and wouldn’t let me do anything. The second thing, it shuts off after 2 mins. I just bought it. On top of that, I have to pay to send it back to the sellers and they want to charge me a restocking fee for the faulty computer. This whole thing is a scam. Please shop somewhere else.

Battery life is not close to what is promised. It’s not bad, but it’s not nearly close to what’s advertised. RAM and other upgradable parts are on-boarded (soldered) so there are no upgradable slots. If you’re looking for something purely for browsing the web, streaming videos, and maybe a game or two this is the laptop for you, otherwise save up for something upgradable. 4GB of RAM is not much.

Word Missing
I bought this about 5 month ago and super unhappy with it. I wish I had returned it right away. It says there is Windows 365 for a year, but when I go to activate, I don't have a product key needed. WHAT IS THE TRICK?? Also, the finger scanner does not work. Additionally when I type, it randomly goes back a couple lines and starts typing in a weird spot; unsure if this is a glitch or I'm pressing a button that I am unaware of (no I'm not old, I'm a researcher, and have gone through grad school so I've done my fair share of typing on my old laptop). It's way heavier than I would have expected for a newer laptop. Overall quite disappointed even though I only wanted it to check emails and be able to use Word and Excel. Does anyone know how to get Word to work?????
