I saw an increase in strength pretty fast. After the 45 days, I was very impressed with my results and the progress I made. My bench and squat max both went up 15+ pounds. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to increased their strength and muscle mass. I will be buying this product again.

Impressed!
I am in week 2. I am noticing more strength and find my muscles more responsive to exertion. I think I'm gaining a bit of muscle bulk, though I don't think it's obvious in the mirror. As a fanatic of burpees, I notice an increase in strength and ability to jump higher and do more pushups (part of my burpee routine), but that seems to come at the expense of endurance. I can still finish my burpee routine, even though I breathe heavier. Time will show what this supplement can really do, but for now, I am very impressed.The unexpected bonus is improved ability to focus and (maybe) recall--not as noticeable as with cocoa flavanols, but still noticeable.

Quick muscle recovery for the fitness journey.
I was out of condition before I started using this and this helped tremendously. Before using this, I would experience DOMS like no other regardless of how little or how much I worked and that would slow me down. After trying this out, I have more stamina, it does take longer for my muscle to fatigue and they are quick to recovery. I will also recommend to this for women. Most of us what to get toned up without getting "massive"... so you do not have to worry about this product doing that (unless they add testosterone to it the formula.)

If your trying to get back to working out again this is a must need! This product is also great if you stack it with any of the Anabolic Warfare line.
