Undersummers Women's Ultrasoft Lace Slip Shorts: Prevent Thigh Chafing with Stay-Put Short Length (S-4X)

According to the size chart, the large should be my size. And while the waist does fit fine, the thighs definitely run small. I am curvy, but I don't have particularly large thighs to my waist proportionally. The high-waisted, longer legs style definitely fits much better, which is too bad because I needed something that would work better under short dresses and skirts. This is a problem I have run into with other stretchy garments that have lace on them; stretchy material, and then either non stretch or very little stretch lace? Doesn't make much sense to me.

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and ordered these to wear under dresses to prevent chafing. I tried these after purchasing and returning the maternity version because the waist came up over my chest. Based on negative reviews indicating the waist was too large in proportion to the rest of the shorts, I thought maybe these would wear like an under bump shortlette, and they do! My other concern was that the lace would show through Jersey dresses, but because the waist sits under the bump, the lace is invisible. I’m very pleased with them and hoping they hold up okay

They match my pasty white skin. I bought these because the Undersummers black slip shorts I bought showed under lighter dresses. There are not shapewear, but they fit snug around the leg, but in a good way. They work under my lighter colored dresses and are so comfortable. Have machined wash and dried as well as hand washed. No problems. I recommend Undersummers to everyone at work.

I ordered the size Small in black and was excited when I took them out of the package. The material is soft and silky. However they were too large in the waist. I noticed the tag said Medium and assumed they made a mistake and sent me the wrong size. I reordered another small and again the tag says Medium. If only they had smaller sizes to send I feel like these could've been a good choice.

If you have thighs and want to wear dresses in summer, you need these. Undersummers have totally saved my summer and my thighs for two years in a row. I bought one pair last year, and bought more this year. Total Win. They are comfy, breathable, and don't make noise when you walk. And the lacy edge is cute so if they are seen when a breeze blows up your skirt, its a little sexy. I seriously recommend these to all my friends! GET THEM.

After the feedback from the other buyers I was hopeful that these were the item that would get me through the summer months in comfort. Unfortunately the shorts part of the item is much shorter than what is pictured and on top of that they ride up so there is constant adjusting and readjusting during the day. Which is uncomfortable, distracting and just plain unladylike to be reaching up your skirt to pull your undergarment down all day. Sadly the search continues.

I wanted to like these, but they just did not stay up over my belly and the thigh part rolled up too. I felt like I was always adjusting them. I do like the shorter length and the fabric, though.

I absolutely LOVE these! I wish they were less expensive bc I would buy a million of these. They're so comfortable and they're the perfect length to wear under skirts and dresses to work. I am so happy I found these. They don't pinch at the waist at all but they're not too loose either.
