IF you keep using it! It doesn't work overnight and you may not even see results for a few weeks, but stick to it! That is the key if it is going to work for your dog, not all things help all dogs. I have a four year old dog who gets seasonal allergies starting every spring and lasting until late fall. Her skin gets dark pink, she bites, chews and licks constantly until her fur is a rumpled, crusty mess and we deal with hot spots as well. Until now NOTHING I have tried has had more then a minimal effect and that is a long list of things we've tried! Nothing! This year we are doing allergy testing and will try the oral allergy treatments. In the meantime I came across this and decided to give it a try. After all, why not try ONE more thing when you are desperate for something that helps. We are 3/4 of the way through our first bottle and I am amazed! My dogs itching and scratching is not gone but it is reduced by I'd say 90%. She sleeps better now and she doesn't spend her days scratching and chewing at herself and is just so much happier. I feel like she doesn't scratch any more then my other non-allergic dogs. I am thrilled to see her feeling better and being more comfortable. Bathing is so important as well, be sure to use a good, soothing shampoo every couple of weeks during allergy season, or whatever your dog needs. We are still going ahead with allergy treatments but will continue to use this to keep her comfortable in the meantime.

Allergy for my dog, PawPawz

My dog was suffering from a bad cough and not breathing very well. I took her to the vet where he gave her a antibiotic shot and cough pills. After three weeks, she did not get better. I listened to her and she sounded like she was congested. I decided what she needed was a antihistamine. I ordered this product. I gave her the max dose for her size. Within a week she was breathing freely. No more congestion. I give her one dose a day just because of the pollen in the air. I am so happy she is not suffering anymore.This product is great for my dog. It did the trick. I have recommended it to a friend of mine that lives in the area that i do because her dogs seems to be having the allergy issues.

prob works well if our cat would take it. And, when we sneak up on him & get it in, he won't let us near him for a full day! He's one stubborn boy! 5/24..still will not take it! I give up on this med!

My dog is a 130 lb. St. Bernard. Three weeks ago my dog was barely able to urinate. I tried everything from cranberry caplets (2 per day) along with 6 caplets of Marshmallow Root (didn't help much), so I took her off that and put her onto 6 caplets a day of Uva Ursi (she started to hold a steady stream but still had blood in her urine). Then I read about Tinkle Tonic so I ordered 2 bottles of Tinkle Tonic, 2 bottles of Uva Ursi and some empty gel caps to put the Tinkle Tonic in (1 gel cap will hold 20 drops of the tonic).Today she is doing super! On week one I gave her 6 prefilled Tinkle Tonics gel caps per day (maximum dosage for large dog)(2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, 2 in the evening), and uva ursi (3 caplets per day: 1 in the morn, 1 in the afternoon, 1 in the evening). On week 2 I started scaling down the dosages of Tinkle Tonic and Uva Ursi. I gave her 4 prefilled Tinkle Tonic caplets and 2 uva ursi caplets per day. This upcoming week I will give her 2 prefilled tonic caplets and 2 uva ursi. If all goes well and there is still no sign of blood she will be off the meds in about 1 week and onto 1 cranberry caplet and 2 marshmallow root caplets per day.

Haven’t used the actual allergy product yet.The contained dropper has no markings for clear dosage. I could have done the drops per mg method, but that would have required my dog to sit patiently with her mouth open while I counted them out. 2-3 times daily. Uhhh-not happening.Since I’ve only just begun trying this product on my pet without knowing how it will affect her physiologically I certainly don’t want to randomly guess how much to use.I wound up having to PURCHASE additional droppers that had marks on them so that I could easily discern the correct amount. Not happy about that.

The allergens in FL are really bad. We are also dealing with red tide and my kitty has allergies something terrible. He has beef sneezing up a storm. I got this Animal Essentials seasonal Allergy cause I was looking for something natural that could help. After using it for several days I’ve seen a noticeable difference in the amount of sneezing he’s been doing. I’m guessing for that alone he’s got to feel better.
