Tiered Serving Stand

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Large tray stand with porcelain trays are just right size for our family celebrations. The platters are deep and can be used in the oven - a plus when you’re entertaining large groups. It’s too much work and dishes to wash when you’re feeding an army of relatives, You simply fill the platter, bake it, and then place the platters in the slots. Yeah. Please note, the product does not come with instructions to put the stand to gather, but I returned to vendor’s page and found a great drawing to use. However, it’s a bit awkward to set it up. The parts kept wanting to fall apart. Also, I found that the tines aren’t equally sized. In other words, if you can’t connect one part, switch it to the opposite end and it’ll fit. Also, once you match up the parts, wait until everything fits correctly before tightening the parts together. I found out the hard way when I had the parts backwards and had to pull it apart - for an old gal like myself, it was with difficulty to pull apart.

Love this beautiful piece! Great to serve pasta, empanadas, casseroles & things that need a little deeper dish! Came beautifully wrapped & nothing was broken. What a space saver & way to present food to look more professional & appetizing! Even a bad dish would taste good served in this!!

Excellent quality! Perfect size. We used it for Christmas goodies and then a birthday party. If I have a need, I’ll buy another for certain!

So... One of the problems I set out to solve for family gatherings was that we never had enough counter space. So this product allowed us to go vertical! I also bought separate serving dishes that are rectangular so that the width is less than a dinner plate but the length is much more so you can fit more food on it but have it take up less width. But this product allowed us to go up as well. The stand isn't the greatest and before we had plates on it it sat a little crooked but it's inexpensive and the plates leveled it all out when in place. This definitely elevates (pun intended) the presentation of the food if you are currently just using dinner plates as your serving dishes. I see no down side or trade off. It looks better than a dinner plate to present food to guests, you can have more food in the same footprint on your counter, and it just feels more like an event to use it. It worked great and drew a lot of comments and couples talking about how it'd be great for their gatherings. It's so open to what what it's for, it can be desserts, meats, fondue dippers, etc. Some tiered display pieces can be so specific, like you can only use them for cupcakes. This is generic and you can always find something to put in it. You can also just use the trays as serving dishes if you want to not have them elevated.

Purchased these to up our game a bit for reservations, the metale stands come in pieces you have to put together, they were flimsy and kept falling apart, so I glues them together they are much more sturdy now they hold quite a bit of food, the ceramic trays are heavy they are perfect for our restaurant reservations

This was such a breeze to not only put together for our dinner party but also take apart and store away. It adds such an elegance to our set up and gives us more space to display our tasty apps for the guests. The stand snaps right together in no time flat and is very sturdy even when holding not only the heavy porcelain like trays but also when food was added there was no shake or bounce at all. The trays are gorgeous and made from heavier porcelain like material that was super easy to clean and not easy to break thankfully
