I've tried several brands of vitamin D supplements, but this one truly stands out for its superior composition and visible results. This review may change after additional time, as I just started taking it. From the outset, I found the bottle was nicely sealed, twice. First seal is plastic ring around the outside, and the 2nd one is a tight peel-seal between the cap and bottle opening. Right there, it makes me confident the product is professionally made and quality controlled.As I'm personally dealing with psoriasis and other autoimmune -- inflammation causing -- problems, I was looking for something to help with healing internally. After much research, I chose this brand for their competitive pricing and ingredient quality.These pills look like little seeds of sunshine! They have a pleasing amber color on the inside. I've not experienced any apparent side-effects after 2 days, so far. In my experience, it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to several months before a supplement shows its true colors. So far, I'm pleased.From everything I've read, having 100 mcg of the MK7 version of K-2 is the better form to use with D3.5/25/25. Update: Vitamin D levels went from 50 to 80 in 1 month taking 2 pills a day.! I’ve now since reduced to just one pill a day but I know the vitamin D works. I can only assume the K2 is also doing as it is supposed to, but I didn’t have any way of testing that specifically..
