Does anyone have issues with it not coloring in? The first time it went on great but after that, its almost impossible to get color out of the pen

you need to tap the tip on the back of your thumb to get the ink get to the tip. it is supposed to come up in very small amounts. also the amount of ink is not very much in these sticks!

Will it cover over grey or white individual eyebrow hairs in my otherwise black eyebrow?

It covers them and can be blended in. Best product I’ve tried.
