They get crushed in transit
There a good product but they’ll aren’t packaged and they arrive with the bristles all crushed. I ordered 2 one arrived ok, sent the other back and was replaced with another crushed one. Now i’ve got to send both back and it’s a real pain with amazon. If you can buy from a physical job do so or you’ll end like me and having to send back. They need to learn to pack good properly what a waste of time and money as the product is good but no good if it arrives broken

Replacing a very old head
This is great quality. I had the previous one for many years and accidentally melted the brush (don’t ask). I was pleased to see that I could buy a replacement head as the pole is still going strong.

Great high and low dusting tool, I thought it would be a little softer more like a duster than a brush but it will do.
