It's an interesting book on 9 inventions in history, which play vital role in our modern life. The 9 chapters including real objects like guns, engines and computers, and there are some virtual things like math, communication, especially mentions that the last chapter about idea, it is the powerful invention in the human history, for idea will push the human race forward, break the boundary of human, then our lives will become more and more meaningful and colorful. I like kinda book like this, it inspire me a lot, I believe that it will enlighten more and more people to focus on science and technology generations after generations.
