Perfect if you have 6.5 gallon threaded neck carboy
It is important that you check your carboy type. I have some more typical 5 gallon carboys and they need the orange handle. This item came in blue not the dark purple/brown that they used to come in (pictured) but it is exactly what I needed. Blue seems to be the choice for products for this size and type of carboy. The carboy cap I use on these is also blue. Great product. A must have. It is unfortunate that people hurt the product reviews because they ordered the wrong type for their carboy.

Actually what is advertised
Unlike some other sellers on Amazon that I wasted time getting the wrong thing for this item, this is exactly what I needed. This is the correct handle for a 6.5 gal threaded Italian carboy if anyone is concerned. Don't bother elsewhere.
