These are a really good quality. The adhesive holds them in place very well.

I was given three of these by my chiropractor, ordered extras because I have more than three pairs of shoes... I use only one to get my pelvis straightened and they are great - fit into most shoes except sandals, not squishy, easily cleaned. However, the glue strip is inadequate, but that is very easily fixed, just add a 3M square or similar. Item was exactly as expected, arrived in record time, so I am a happy customer.

Too contoured to work right. Slides around inside my shoes - my Heel is wider than these cups... Threw them away.
