I had ordered for this gel ball for strengthening exercises for my hand as I was suffering from tennis elbow. I had been practicing with the same at the physiotherapy session. Bad Quality
Writing this review after using for over 6 months. Product is made of bad quality, always sticky even after 6 months, may help finger and hand but stickiness irritates. Better to look for alternate options. Stickyness doesnt go in normal wash, require soap wash for multiple times.
