It depends. Does your Lenovo accept 19.5 - 20v input? Will the power plug fit? This is made to connect to a 5v USB-C charger then increases the voltage to 20v to power a laptop. Make sure the USB-C charger can put out 65 - 87 watts.

Yes it will, comfortably. I use mine at that spec normally but have also pushed it to 65W (3.25A) without issues.
