USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Square Cake Pan, 9 Inch, Aluminized Steel

Great heavier pan. Bought it to make foccacia and it works perfectly. Holds the heat for a crisp bottom. Easy to clean. No warping in the oven at high heat. All of their pans and made in US.

This works so well! No more burnt edges and undercooked centers. I've made evenly-cooked cake and pumpkin bread in it several times. I still butter the sides, but the cakes/breads slide right out... not even sticking a little, making it very easy to clean. Probably could do without buttering the sides, but a little butter never hurt.

This is a wonderful piece of bakeware. Just thinking of making a batch of brownies for the 4th and wishing I owned more pieces. I purchased this 3 years ago. This is my favorite “go to” pan. It is a great weight, non-stick, bakes evenly, does not warp, nice clean sharp corners. The quality is excellent and Made in America!

This is not my first USA and will not be my last! This 9x9 is perfect for that larger box of brownies or other baking needs. I have been gradually replacing most of my baking pans with USA pans as these are all you will ever need! Very high quality, non-stick, and easy to clean. Moving from glass to these pans has completely upped by baking game. I didn't realize the difference that could make and they are easy to clean with a little soap and a good wipe/dry. These are your cheapy throw away after a few years of use pans, but the kind you keep for a long time. Note: Do cut anything like brownies while they are still in the pan, because that will scratch/mar the non-stick surface.

heavy gauge metal. well made and flat. i cooked brownies in it and was very pleased with the quality. the cook was very even. while it stuck just a little, likely due to my impatience, it wiped right out.

Purchased due to ATK review. As usual, they are right on the money! These pants are a great size and great quality! I’ve used them a couple of times already and they work perfectly. Highly recommend anything recommend recommended by ATK. But also recommend recommended by me as I have used them and I love them!

Fantastic quality! My second one that I ordered because the first was so great, I wanted another one. It's well made, thick, and bakes evenly. It's a little bit more than other but if you want the quality and even baking, this is the pan for you.

I owned a restaurant and baked constantly, so I feel like I am a truly a tiny bit qualified to give a review here. I have always been a baker since I was a kid. I love it. I have also spent my share of the big bucks to buy myself a dreamy baking pan or so i thought at the time. I have never seen or used a pan like this! I had heard great things about USA Pans but i never believed they would be any better than other so called phenomenal pans I thought I had purchased. This time, I just really wanted something of high quality MADE in the good ol' USA! There is absolutely no way that you can beat having the baking (NONstick, I might add) pan of your DREAMS that is also made in the USA right in PA! LOVEITLOVEITLOVEIT! <3 It releases like a dream and most of the time unless it is sometjhing really rich that would stick even if vaseline were applied, Lol-- I would not bother to spray it. You just do not need it. I think it even tells you that you need to spray it and maybe later on I will need to but right now I have made about 5 things in it and never sprayed once-including brownies! The 9x9 pan is NICELY HEAVY but not too heavy like Le Creuset or plain old cast iron! Every baker knows that good heft in the hand makes for delicate baked goods that are not burned when you want to leave them in another 5 min for extra browning. Oh my word, I am telling you- you just cannot go wrong buying this! Do it! You will not regret it and you will have something made well enough to hand down to your kids with proper care and hand washing and drying. I also do not suggest throwing it in your sink with the other dishes as that will scratch the BEAUTIFUL surface they put on it. This pan sure is heavy enough, with GORGEOUS rolled edges like the REAL Pros have. It does not get any better than THIS Folks! Go ahead and TREAT YOURSELF for all that baking you have coming up for the Holidays! You will get up in the morning with an "I CAN'T WAIT" attitude to your Thanksgiving and Christmas Baking because you have a truly GREAT pan that will not fail you! Yes Ma'am, eventually I plan on having EVERY SINGLE PIECE they make! ;) I already have the 9x13, the loaf pan (OH! Another dream!) and this 9x9. Told my kids who also love them that they were gonna have to wait a long time to own them! LOL <3 Bring on the baking Thanksgiving & Christmas, I am ready! Whoo Hoo!
