The battery fit properly and was initially working. However, after 3-4 months problems started with not holding charge. After ~5 months the laptop started to display battery error message (battery failure and not charging) every time it is was booted. So computer can be used only when plugged into power supply. Moreover, the seller ("Fully.com") when contacted (using Fully Store link provided under this product) refused even to admit that they sold the unit. In response they wrote: ". ...you may be looking for a different company with a similar name. We do not sell laptop batteries, but rather ergonomic office furniture, as you can see on our website, Fully.com. " The battery is still listed as a product sold by Fully.com (which indeed sells also ergonomic office furniture). Rather outrageous.

Arrived on time, and holds charge. I haven't used it enough to comment on its capacity. As is clear in the photo, the battery barely fits, and required the cable to be bent on itself to the point that I wasn't very comfortable with the result. The nearby screw is hard to engage, but it did fit into the system, and resolved my problem with a bulging battery that prevented the touchpad buttons from working on my Dell M3800.

The system reports that the charge drops from 100% to 50% very quickly (almost immediately) after the charger is disconnected. Then it stays at 50% for quite a while. I did not have a chance yet to measure the time from fully charged to empty though.

Battery died completely after 2 months. no longer holds a charge. Goes from 100% to 35% in 30 seconds then to 0% in 1 minute.Also, there is no contact information for the seller. Hopefully somebody at Amazon will see this review and do something about it.

I had to change the original battery since it was old and swollen. However, after installing the new one I didn't get much better battery duration on the Dell laptop. The capacity I'm getting is less than 91 WH, and closer to 60 WH.

It fits perfect in Dell XPS 15 9530, but it does not hold charge at all. I charged it up to 100%, two hours later, it shows 45% and few minutes after no charge. Not a lot of reviews were written for this product, so I gave it a try, a huge disappointment.

This battery worked great the 1st week and now will not charge over 33% before it says it is fully charged. Then only last about 30 minutes before it dies. All these issues started days after it could not be returned!!
