Love!
I suffer from carpal tunnel, tendinitis, tennis elbow, and fibromyalgia. And if that wasn't enough, I swell up in my hands & feet during spring summer hot weather. After much research I came upon this brand of hot/cold packs for all injuries. I ordered both the thumb/wrist pack & elbow/knee pack to test out on my right arm. I was pleasantly surprised how well it fit and the quality of hot/cold pack. Arrived on time and fit true to size. I love all the features, especially the 360 cool effect that lasted for roughly 40mins. I did have to let it sit for few minutes after taking out of freezer prior to using cause too cold, instructions said that I might have to too. Pain relief and reduced swelling was noticeable after short amount of time wearing them. Highly Recommend! I love these cold packs!

Hey - this is great!! I love it. The material is super nice. And I've used it for other things, not just my elbow. I was recently laid up with some spine issues and use this thing extensively. And it's flexible unlike some other gel ice packs of sorts

Multi purpose.
I'm giving this 4 stars as a wine bottle cooler, would be 5 if the top was form fitted for the neck of a bottle. It serves that purpose far better. Honestly I'd like to see a video of someone who takes this straight out of the freezer 100% cold and can keep it in their arm for longer than 2 minutes. That could either send you to the hospital or be a very effective form of torture. I wont be returning it because It is a wine bottle cooler and that's that.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. It’s a little cold right out the freezer so let it sit out before using right away. It’s the perfect amount of cold with compression. It’s really helping me! I love it!

Three stars is a generous rating
I am a small female with thin legs and ordered the small-medium sleeve. It is uncomfortably tight with little cold felt when applied. The coolness lasted maybe 10 minutes, but the sleeve itself was just uncomfortable.The sleeve concept is pretty good, this must be applied over bare skin since it is impossible to pull up when wearing thin pants. I will stick with the Velcro cold wrap that I can apply over thin leggings.
