Re: Critter Gitter unit.
I used this product to scare geese off my yard and appears to be working well. I was disappointed in the directions received to utilize a rechargeable battery with the unit I found them confusing. One unit came with a broken plastic protective cover and without the 9 v. battery. The protective plastic cover is very flimsy for out of door use.Stephen Fedele

The weather proof case is a plastic zip bag.
It works great. It’s definitely scared off a couple of bears and or foxes from our chicken coop. The only thing I didn’t like was the weatherproof “case”. It’s a plastic zipper bag. Wish it was a plastic hard case, but the product itself works great.

Vegetables no longer disappear!
The unit has stopped the deer from eating my vegetable plants. Only negative is the switch is hard to turn on and off.

Not "waterproof"
The critter bitter is fine but the waterproof case is not waterproof. It's a cheap plastic cover that protects it somewhat but not from driving rain. Guess it's easier than a plastic bag though.

Waste of money.
It doesn't seem to be effective against deer just people it startles them but the deer don't even seem to notice it
