A Wonderful Start
This book is very helpful even if you are not ready to go completely green. There are 3 different levels depending on the time, money, and energy you have to dedicate to it. There are even shopping list that are already written out in the book for each level. So no matter where you are in your commitment to going green there will be a plan that will work for you. Every little bit helps, as Sophie Uliano points out. There are also many resources on where to find the different foods that you may have trouble getting. Mostly though everything is reasonable easy to get. There are many websites that she also list, many of which have a store locator on them. Plus she includes many wonderful recipes that are not too time consuming to make. I highly recomend this book to even those of you who are just wanting to test out the waters of going green.

Great book!
The book has a lot of great information. Sophie is clearly an expert in a healthy lifestyle. I read a review that complained about it not being a vegan book even though Sophie's youtube channel advocates a vegan diet. I think she wrote this book before she transitioned into a vegan, as it was written in 2009. This book is perfect for me, as I would like to eat more green and healthy. I even bought two more books to give to my children.

Arrived on time-great condition
This book arrived on time. It was in mint condition. The book itself is invaluable. It WILL change your diet and make you more aware of the foods that go into your body.

Three Stars
I suppose it's OK if it's truly a diet you wan to follow, it didn't do it for me..

Great perspective
I enjoy reading how she talks about food as REAL food. Fat is not the culprit, nor is sugar used in small quantities, it's just overeating and all the fake food you can find in the grocery store. Eat real food, and in good amounts, and you'll not only help yourself lose weight, but also help the environment. Oh, and don't think of "diet" as a fad you use just to lose weight, but "diet" as a way of eating, a way of life.

Great recipies, healthy philosophy!
There are some really yummy recipes in this book, and I love the sensible healthy deprivation free eating plan it puts forward. Great for those of us who try to eat to look AND feel good, and are sick of impossible recommendations like counting every bite of cereal you eat, or never ever eating a bite of anything sweet.
