When I first put these on I was THRILLED because they give the BEST and most natural bum ever! And I’ve bought A LOT of these! I have a true pancake bum! (These girls on here that say they have no bum have nothing on me. I wish I had what they had!)Anyway, so while I was admiring the gorgeous, perfectly natural looking behind these panties gave me, I glanced up at the MASSIVE muffin top they squeezed out of me! And I’m not a heavy girl. I’m not firm in my midsection, but WOW!These are like those control top panty hose in xxxs! And this is a size large panty. I’d buy an xl to see if it would help, but I can’t imagine the bottoms would fit. Besides, the waist is so tight, on a L, I’m not sure an xl will fix it. Though I may try anyway because the butt on these is sheer perfection!!If you don’t mind that crazy muffin top trade off for a perfect bum. Or if you have that perfectly firm midsection, these are for you.

These are amazing underwear and are lifesavers for old bladders. They wash and hold up very well.

I lost every bit of weight I had on chemo & all my pants were weirdly baggy in the bum. I ordered this just to keep pants fitting without having to replace all that I had. They did not fit at all how I had hoped. There is a gap between the bottom of the leg holes in the back & my actual leg. No transition between the foam area & skin so it is just a blunt edge. When I sit with these on the foam part pushes upward & they have to be readjusted right away or it looks very funny. These would probably be better if the legs went down just a little bit more further than where the foam part ends so it blends more into the leg & doesn't just abruptly stop.
