This is everything you need in one pack. Sometimes I break up the pack in half and take with lunch and the rest with dinner or I take all at one time depending how my day looks. But yes this is great for athletes and very active people who do not have the time to look else where for vitamins and minerals. Great job Healthy and Fit. Over the years all I have seen from this product is the dosage to go way down and the price go way up. This used to be an extremely good multivitamin. Best on the market. However post covid is when the quality plummeted. For example this multivitamin used to provide 3000 mg's of vitamin C in one daily packet. Now it's down to 1000. Back when this product was at its best it was only 30 dollars. Now it's nearly double the cost and a fraction of the dosages it used to provide. I've purchased this item over 20 times. I will no longer support this product.

The dose is to high. The vitamin smell comes out of my sweat glands.

I get these for my husband. He doesn't eat meat and he's retired, so these complete the vitamin levels that he needs for energy, balanced nutrition that he needs. He has used these vitamins for better than 10 years.

I have been using this product for over 10 years now. And I am very pleased with the benefits I get from using it.

Great product...great value. To help with reducing waste, I split up 1 package. Half in the a.m....other half in p.m.

I love the vitamins, however some of the paks had opened in the box.
