It is always difficult to evaluate supplements on a short term basis due the subtlety of what is transpiring in your body. Many times you have to trust the research and just go with it. This is what I'm doing with this MCT oil. I have put coconut oil in my coffee for years, so now I am using the MCT oil in addition to less solid coconut oil. I also use dark powdered 5 blend mushroom powder at 1/2 tea. I started out on the MCT Oil at 1/4 Tea. in my coffee each day. I am now up to 1/2 teaspoon daily in coffee and my stomach is doing well. May add more later. The packaging of the glass bottle of MCT Oil was EXCELLANT!! No Problem. Try this

Good tasting clean product that is like rocket fuel for the brain. Mixes well and comes with a little pouring nozzle attachment.

Arrived well packed to avoid glass breakage, but the cap on the bottle was slightly loose so there was some oil loss. It was not enough to affect the integrity of the packaging, but is something the manufacturer should fix. The pour spout appears to work well.

I like this product, MCT C8 oil. This is the first one I tried where I do feel a difference, more clear headed. I put into my iced coffee and there is no taste. It’s pricey, but it’s 32 oz. This is a big, heavy bottle. I also learned to measure because trying to free pour is giving me too much. I did not get a pour spout. It’s 125 calories per tablespoon. I believe my stomach feels better too. I’m hoping it helps burn more fat on a fasting day. Be careful with the glass bottle. Wipe it down after pouring, or a bit will run down and it’s very hard to hang on. I did not have any leaking or shipping problems, my package was perfect. I would buy again.
