For making cake batter you shall have to mix the batter very well. Since the Oxo Good Grips Bowl is made of plastic I think electric mixer may scratch the bowl. That is why I preferred this Silicone Spatula.

Its a Nice set of spatula... Looks very appealing,normally the spatulas available are not so good luking ;) Gives a great grip.... I'll recommend it to all the users of Non-stick utensils....

Its a nice spatula set. Same as shown in the picture. Works the way it is supposed to. Con- When mixing batter, some batter sticks in the gap between the spatula head and handle, which is difficult to clean.
