1 of 2 cats can't live without it
My picky adult cat loves it. it does get shredded, so expect a bit of a mess. kinda expensive refills for just being cardboard, but thats the going price for spoiled kitties nowadays. we're on our second refill and intend to keep getting more. as for the reviewers that said it got ruined right away....its a cardboard scratcher, not wood or sisal. its supposed to get torn up. thats why there are many cardboard layers. and the more it gets shredded, the more the kitties like it.

Treat scratcher
I bought this for our 2 cats. One of them has no interest in it at all, and the other cat loves it. I put little treats in the holes of this scratcher pad and he digs away at it to get them. I will have to replace it soon because it is getting very ratty looking. Sometimes I see him just lounging on the pad....

Not the Primary-it is the Replacement Piece
Totally my fault, it does say in the product description, but the title is misleading. Just got it and the Cats are still on vacation with their grandparents, so I don't know if they'll like it or not. It's made of corrugated cardboard as described, and for $7 its fine. In general, a fine product for the value.

Hit or miss
It seems cats either love this or are not interested in it at all. Our cat LOVES this!! We usually only need to replace it every couple months. This product has layers so you can pull off old layers as they get tattered and get more use out of it. Will definitely continue to buy this as it helps save our furniture and carpets.

So, my cats loved the scratcher that came with the cat scratcher, but this one... not so much. I have no idea why they don't like it, but they don't.

I thought this would be a great addition to the toy collection. I like it but I'm not the one whose needs to use it. I'm disappointed that the gang didn't agree. It's been in the home for quite awhile now and there has been interest.

The cats love the Catit Desing products. This was the second scratcher because the first one was done after two years of heavy feline abuse.
