I loved mine so much I got one for my SIL for Christmas--and she LOVES it too! The ease of use is perfect, easy to understand. The small recipe book that comes with it--is a big help. Everything in it is very good, and by trying those recipes 1st, I have learned to adapt my family favorites. Clean up is quick and easy--nothing sticks, not even gooey BBQ sauce. The only thing you must allow extra time for is the heat up and then the cool down until the steam releases and it can be opened. Factor that in, and you still have a meal in half the time or less than a conventional oven. In fact, other than for baking, I don't think I have used my oven since I got this cooker. I got this large version because I like to do whole chickens, turkeys, ducks, ham and large racks of ribs and big roasts. It is the best thing hands down for homemade soups and chili. All meats come out of this extremely tender and very flavorful. Wish this was available back in the days when I was working full time and often late into the evening--I could not do without it now!

Many mulit-cookers are rather small. I think this is because the pressure cooker settings force the appliance to be well made, aka, safe.I like to use the pressure cooker to make soups and especially stock. I was in the market for a new pressure cooker, so when I noticed that this model was 10 quarts AND a multi-cooker, I decided to make the purchase.I have used the pressure cooker setting multiple times. It works great! The added features for opening the pressure valve are very helpful. The 10 quart base allows me to make chicken soup in half the time!I also used the slow cooker settings. Worked like a charm!Lastly, I used the timer options. The different settings are quite intuitive and allow for manual overrides for timing, temperature, etc.If you want a bigger multi-cooker, this is worth the money!

I can't even begin to tell you how much I have needed this pressure cooker. I have 11 children(yes, that is correct, 11) all at home, and I put off buying this for a long time because I was stupid. No other reason, seriously. This thing is huge, it is simple to use, it is easier to clean than my crock pot, which has been thrown in the trash(just the base, not the crock part, I wouldn't waste that...lol). Anyway, I am getting ready to buy another one. Roast beef in 1 hour and 20 minutes total? I actually could not find clear recipes and times for this, but the beauty of it is, start with less time, and if its not done, just close the lid and do it some more. Had to do my first roast that way. I did 4lbs of roast cold but not frozen for 45 minutes, but not done. So I added 15 minutes(then you add 10 for heat up and 10 for cool down) and perfect, fall apart meat. I would suggest always cooking less time so you don't overcook stuff. You can always do it some more. I have found my everything...my go to one appliance. Caveat...I have only used this a handful of times, BUT I can tell you that it is the bees knees. It may quit working at some point, but I am willing to take that chance. I will use it until the wheels fall off...no joke. I even bought one discounted with a big dent in the side of it! Still love it....now, just need to add another to cart.....

I have crohns and have to cook every meal my family eats to keep it in remission. Cooking every meal is overwhelming until this cooker came to our door, this is a gamechanger!I use this to cook every single day, I've had it for over 2 years and it's still going strong. I have the 10Qt size and literally use it every single day, for almost every single meal. I even went and bought a second one to take with us on vacations that is a little smaller. Both are wonderful additions to our kitchen. I can't say enough great things about this product!
