Model IV review Unique, well-made, 3D, compact, and durable. Fast delivery. Highly recommend this product. This Visual Model displays various Classic knife cuts in 3D. You could compare your own knife cuts with the industry standards in 3D and improve your knife skills pretty rapidly. I wish they had this kit available when I went to Culinary school back in the day!!
