Love this iron! I use it every day. I have very thick, layered hair and this is perfect! It heats up super fast.

So far so good with this flat iron.My Sedu Revolution finally died after 14 years, and I've been on the hunt for a replacement that is as good or better. This is a sleek and professional looking flat iron. It heats up super fast and my favorite part is that it doesn't snag my hair. It seems to work very well and really does smooth and straighten after only one pass. Pretty impressive.We will see how it holds up over time. I give this 4 stars, 1 star deduction for the warranty that is only 1-year. Hope to get at least 5-7 solid years out of this before it has any issues.

This is the second Paul Mitchell Pro Tools flat iron that I have purchased. My first one lasted for years, and I use it EVERY DAY. I went astray by reading some reviews on BayBliss and purchased their flat iron because i read that the wider plates can cover more hair with less passes. Unfortunately, I was not happy with it. The plates were not, in my opinion, as smooth as the Paul Mitchell plates. With this Paul Mitchell flat iron, there is NO PULLING whatsover, the heat level is great, and the flat iron is easy to handle. Also, the on/off switch is not easy to inadvertently hit, as with some other flat irons. Don't mess around, get Paul Mitchell!

I have bought 4 of these over the last 15 years. Not because they break … because I go to a friends house and they use it as we get ready and realize it actually works and smoothes out all the flyaways. So I give them one and buy another.I have thick long have. Ceramic iron down even get the heat thru my hair. No problem with Paul Mitchell. 👍👍
