Perfect tool for refurbishing bicycle hub bearings
The small size yet powerful magnet makes it easy to retrieve bicycle bearings from a wheel hub for cleaning and re-greasing.The magnet allows for several bearings to be extracted at once as they cling together in the magnetic field. Using this tool, it is less likely to drop and lose a bearing. The magnetic field is strong enough to extract bearings even when buried in the thickest of greases. It is the perfect tool for this and many similar applications.

Good quality; Just what I was looking for
Virtually identical to Ullman HT-5, except that one has a rubberized grip and shield on the magnet. The magnets and extension portions are identical. Much better rigidity on the extension compared to other cheap brands that I tried. Good pull for the magnet given its size.I bought both the 15XGR and HT-5, and will keep both, but would opt for this one next time over the HT-5 since I don't find the shielding all that helpful for my typical use, which is often to snag things under benches, etc. as well as getting metal parts out of my toolbelt pocket (e.g. screws that I'm installing or removing staples that I've pulled out of the facia board post-Christmas). Also, the HT-5 pocket clip is far inferior to the 15X since it wraps around the rubberized (soft) grip, and came off pretty easily. No so for the 15X, which is more pen-like, slender, and has nice high visibility neon green.

Very handy tool. Magnet is powerful for its small size.
The media could not be loaded. This is a review of the Ullman Devices No.15XOR Super-Strength Pocket Magnetic Pick-up Tool, Bright Orange, 5-7/8" to 25-9/16", Lifts 1-1/2 lb.I also purchased at the same time as this one, an SK magnetic pick-up tool model 90344. The Ullman tool is very similar to the SK tool. Both have a pocket clip on the handle, both have a small yet powerful magnet on the tip which is 1/4" in diameter. There are two differences between the two. First, the SK tool has a larger diameter handle that is more grippy in the hand. Additionally, the SK tool has a knurled sleeve that helps you guide the telescoping magnet to its destination. Otherwise, these two tools are very similar. I would not be surprised if the actual magnet and telescoping wand come out of the same factory. The Ullman tool is made in China whereas the SK tool has no country of origin on it so it's not clear to me where it comes from. This is an indispensable tool. Comes in so handy to pick up dropped screws, washers, nails, etc when those little buggers fall into otherwise impossible to reach locations. This was purchased as an add-on item and you can't beat the price. The SK tool was nearly $10.

Great Magnet
This, Magnum is perfect for your little work bag. I love the orange color that way I don’t leave it laying around like I did my last magnet and lost it.

Works great
I use this as a little reaching tool from my wheelchair and it does the trick. I love that it's light and small so I can carry it with me anywhere.

Very weak magnet..
Not a Great Value for My Money..looks nice...it is sturdy..not flimsy...however the strength of the magnetic end is rather Weak...I use these daily at work..I have a cheaper flimsy magnet I got at a local parts store..The comparable size magnetic tip is much more powerful. Kinda bummed....Jeffrey!!!
