Nice but not without some slight quality issues
First off I bought this from the marketplace "new" at a reduced cost which I thought was a bargain, however it turned up having been opened already, a zipper tab snapped off, and the battery missing so not as new as I was told but I ended up too busy to return it and have resigned to keeping it anyway.Now the battery I cheaply replaced with the same model from amazon which costs just £15 so that's not a big deal, however for whatever reason it doesn't quite fit, as though the battery were 1-2mm too long to lock in and let the cover close properly - that or the case having been an obvious return already has a fault preventing it fitting all the way (I need to dismantle it to find out, haven't had time).I am very happy with the case itself on the whole, it's light, it fits well and stays very well organized so no complaints - the wheels are also great, particularly on smooth airport surfaces, it's very easy to manoeuvre and silent - far less silent on the streets but manoeuvrability is still very good.While I can live without the one zipper tab from the front pocket as it has two, the second snapped off before I even set off on my first trip with this while I was opening the pocket to check I had my documents - so I can see why one was missing already, they're very poor quality for some reason on a case that otherwise seems well made.So my experience is vary, but I am overall happy with the case, I just need to come up with a nice replacement for the missing zipper tabs.

Need a trolley for business trips? Look no further!
This suitcase is perfect if you are going on a weekend away and are therefore packing light. I loved the black color and I liked how the wheels turn in all directions, it made it much easier to pull along. It is surprisingly very light weight which is useful when putting into the overhead baggage whilst getting onto the plane. The hard case is also useful as I know all my belongings will be protected.The Laptop case is very useful if you are constantly traveling for work and you need to access your laptop when at the airport. And then there is the option to load your phone. This is GENIUS! Why didn't anyone else thought of that.Definitely the best Trolley I have ever owned.

What I really love about this luggage is its design
I travel a lot for work and decided to buy a new cabin luggage. I've heard from Horizon from some friends and decided to give it a go. What I really love about this luggage is its design. The front laptop pocket is super spacious and organised and allows me to store all my travel essentials in one place. Inside, a lot of compartments and space add up to make this luggage a great product. Last but not least, the handle is very sturdy compared to my previous luggages that tended to have a very flimsy handle instead.

Best carry on suitcase ever!!!
I'm really impressed with my new Horizn carry on suitcase. It has accompanied me for quite a few journeys so far and I absolutely love it, and cannot recommend it enough.I love the stylish contemporary design, and I believe the case will keep looking fantastic for a long time, as the material is scratch-resistant. When travelling, I usually don't take much care of my trolley, and it does hit the odd concrete corner or pavement, but as this suitcase is made out of polycarbonate, it hasn't got any scratches on it so far! I love how easy it can be navigated, the 360° wheels are very silent and run so smoothly, no matter the surface.Overall, this trolley ticks all the boxes for me: stylish design, impressive functionality, and great quality. I will soon get the check-in suitcase too!

Great quality, plenty of pockets, embedded USB charger, looks very stylish
It's my first experience with hard-shell bags. It's very stylish, great quality and pretty light.Has plenty of pockets, however I've struggled to fit much in the front pocket, as it's not that stretchy. The extendable handle gets stuck from time to time, but it's not really a major issue.Embedded USB charger is very handy and worked well.It comes with its own storage bag which is useful between the trips to protect it from dust.Overall I'm happy and it's survived quite a few trips.

Well put together
I was always deferring to my trusty backpack, but I started to travel more for work and I was getting sick of standing around in lines with 10kg on my back. I decided to find a cabin trolly than would last me - and after some research I got this.im very happy, the case feels sturdy and tough. The telescopic handle is surprisingly nice, as are the wheels (so smooth). I can tell it’s going to make travelling easier. It’s also a handsome piece luggage if that’s important to you

Great Purchase
Have just taking my new suitcase out on its first test ride - very happy with the experience. Positive points include the telescopic handle, efficient wheel maneuverability, and its light weight design. But perhaps the best feature was the inbuilt power pack - which proved invaluable on more than one occasion. Great product.

Five Stars
pleased with this - as expected. Had a lot of use and has survived airport carousels well. The outer document portion is very useful. I like the side handle feature too. An improvement would be to make it lighter when empty but perhaps this would reduce the durability, for me it isn’t an issue.
