Great clippers and even better customer service.
My wife started grooming our two Yorkies during the COVID-19 shutdown. It was nice not having to spend $100 per dog every couple of months. After three years of use the clippers went dull on us and to my knowledge there is no way to replace or sharpen the blade. So we contacted the manufacturer. The model we had was out of production so they kindly mailed us the latest clippers around the price point and we had it within a couple of days. The entire process was smooth. They are very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend them and their clippers. Thanks so much.

Easy to use and low stress for my kitty
Easy to use. Pretty quiet. My cat is normally absolutely terrified by the sound of clippers but the sound of these don't seem to bother her. I have a Persian with thick, long, ultra fine hair that is incredibly hard to get through. Not so much with these! They cut through her fur like butter! She's almost 17 so grooming has become difficult and only gets more difficult over time. These make it pretty easy to cut out matting fur. This is the least stressed I've ever seen her with grooming in her old age. She may get a little annoyed at some point but it takes some time before she decides to walk away. She has stress induced seizures so I don't chase her down if she's had enough. Fortunately with this, she doesn't seem to mind long enough for me to get some real work done in her fur. The only downfall I can find is the piece you can put over the trimmers makes it difficult to get through fur. Otherwise it's absolutely great. So glad I found this!

Don't waste your money on this junk
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this trimmer in May 2020. I liked the fact that it was advertised with a lifetime warranty. I used it no more than 8 times to trim my Shi Tzu's paws, which I consider light duty for a trimmer. The trimmer's performance was mediocre and required a lot of cleaning when hair got stuck between the fixed and the moving part of the blade. While cleaning the trimmer head I noticed that the blade was not as firmly attached to the housing as it used to be.I contacted the seller and described the issue. The seller responded quickly and asked if I had removed the blade from the housing. The e-mail contained some Chinese letters, so this company probably resides in China. The seller also asked for pictures. I sent a video (see attached) to explain the issue, and went ahead and checked the manual for guidance for the blade removal. To my surprise, the manual did not show such a procedure, and I had never tried to remove the blade anyway. As requested by the seller, I did provide a video showing that the blade was moving quite a bit and unsafe to use on a pet.I was very surprised when the seller responded and told me that this is entirely normal. A couple of weeks ago I purchased the new trimmer from this company. The blade is solidly attached to the housing, with no movement at all. I just concluded that the customer service of this company is worse than their product. This trimmer will now end up in the garbage can and I will never purchase any product from this company. So much for the "Lifetime Warranty" as advertised. I'll buy a Wahl or Andis next time.Update: I bought a Wahl Mini Arco. What a difference to this piece of junk. Save your money and spend it on a Wahl product.

Hard to clean
I used this for my dogs paws. He’s about 23 lbs and a medium size dog. It’s easy to get in between his paws but hard to cut the fur in one sitting. We have to stop few times just to clean one paw because the furs get stuck in the clippers. It’s quiet though so my dog isn’t bothered by it.

Just okay
The noise level is okay, easy to handle, not very sturdy, feels like it would break easily…It did not last very long and when working it didn’t do very much. Seems less effective after only a couple of uses. Trimming paws was not an easy task with this. I think I’ve missed the return window. I wouldn’t recommend buying this one unless you plan on buying a better one soon.

Waiting for reply....
I loved the dog clippers I purchased but had them less than 2 years and they just quit on me. I always remove the battery when not in use, clean the excess hair out with small brush and use the oil that came with it. My small dog has serious eye problems so these clippers work well to keep eye area short and clean.I tried new batteries, but still nothing. I almost tossed them but then noticed that a label on the box I keep them in says "Lifetime Warranty". I am currently waiting for them to get back to me. I need them to fix or replace them. Otherwise, very good product.

It worked, until it didn't
I bought this clipper because my dogs' grooming appointments were canceled because of the stay at home order in our city. I have two small dogs that have a lot of hair, but I only used these tiny clippers for their faces and their paws. It worked great on my first dog, but the next day, when I tried using the clippers on my second dog, it wouldn't even turn on.The battery I used the previous day was brand new, but I figured maybe it was a high drain item, so I changed the battery, and it still wouldn't turn on. It came with a certificate that said it has a Lifetime Warranty and unfortunately I'll have to use that way sooner than I thought I'd have to.
