Essential for me.
On this to get to slightly more accessible forms of B. Definitely an adjustment from other vitamins at first. This is jet fuel for me. I'm noticeably better with it than not.

A great methylated multivitamin for those of us who can’t handle regular vitamins
This multivitamin is great for moderate metabolizers. I don’t know about if you can’t break down vitamin B’s. If you can’t, this is a good product. It’s a methylated multivitamin.

the real deal, no fake B6 or B12
I take benfotiamine with it for a better form of B1, although there's nothing wrong with what's in it

Take your daily vitamins -
Tried this formula for a while, then realized it has a little more "niasin" than I can use. - Got hot flashes! - -So, now I switched to another multi-vitamin with less niasin - though not yet started it. It's - "Womens Daily Vitamin - 50 +" - Vegan - 60 day supply - a red, yellow and green container.

Too much B12 4,000x daily requirement
Maybe too much B 12 - 4,000x the daily amount is a lot . My blood work came back with my B12 literally off the charts.

Excellent value for the money
I find that I have more energy throughout the day when taking this multi. without it I find I have very little energy, need to take naps and have problems with focus and concentration. When I take it, I have none of those problems. this is the only multivitamin that has been able to help me. To get this effect, I usually have to take a hand full of different supplements and spend a fortune. Great value for the money.
