Great product
I’ve used for over 30 years in every vehicle I’ve owned. I’ve had 3 cars that got over 300,000 miles and the others were over 250,000 when I sold them

Is that Hot
I have used this product since the mid 1980's I performed a little test with a friend of mine. We used small piece of steel mand a sedaline torch. We clamped the steel level and took the torch from underneath we heated the medal until we had a red glo in the center about the size of a quarter the steel was probably 4 by 8 in. We than had 3 other very popular oils or additives at this point we then poured a little oil tsp. worth directly onto the medal about half inch from glo we did this with the other 3 major brands we had on hand. All 3 did the exact same thing They ran from the heat. I mean this oil went to the farthest point away from the glo spot and ran off the edge and these are 3 of the most popular brands available. We the. Took the Duralube and did the same test. Wow was I amazed at what we were seeing the Duralube immediately ran to the glo. Yes you heard me the Duralube attacked the glo it went to the heat. Now let me ask you what do you think happens to your engine parts when the motor is runnind. They get very warm. I was sold instantly. I have used this product since and every product that they make my cars run further, farther and smoother then I could even imagine . This Product Does What It Says!

why I wrote this review
I found this $14 stuff solved my Monday morning smoke cloud when I started my 1991 Chevrolet service van with 15,000 miles on it.What I also learned was that when I used the crankcase oil with the Duralube in it for chain oil on my 5 Stihl chain saws was that the normal indication you get after running for a few minutes after the tank is empty with ordinary 30 wt is not there.Normally the first clue that you ran out of oil is sparks from bare metal rubbing bare metal at hundreds of feet per second. AND SEVERE CHAIN AND BAR DAMAGE.After recycling my truck oil through my chain saws as bar oil I never again saw sparks or wear no matter how careless I was about keeping oil in the tank.THE EXTRA COST OF THE PRODUCT IS MET MANY TIMES OVER IN THIS RECYCLE.Any vehicle can have a pump failure, Filter failure or some other failure that lets the oil go OR not be pumped to where it is needed and this product will give you a huge hedge against engine damage as well as damage from otherwise ordinary engine wear.If your engine is loaded with sludge you probably should clean it out before using any similar additive that penetrates whatever to bare metal. and forms a impenetrable coating that floats sludge to places where it will clog return passages.I will never again (as long as I have the extra $14 or so change engine oil without this product. Even my industrial air cooled engines get it.A 15 to 20 horse air cooled engine costs about $1000 and can be destroyed in seconds once the ordinary 30 wt lube oil is no longer protecting it.I cannot afford to take that chance with the three engines I use. This product has always given me 100% protection against things like drain plug loss or similar events. You check the oil before you start the engine and some engines have dead man oil pressure switches, but damage without Duralube protection is guaranteed in the seconds it takes to know the oil is gone no matter what.

Great product
Works well. Use in all my older, high mileage vehicles.

If you could only use one oil additive, it's Duralube Engine Treatment
Dump in a quart to your crankcase when changing oil first, before adding the new oil. This revived my oil-burning 2009 Camry 2.4 now at 493k miles (I shall post a photo of the odometer at some point). It has no solid particles, so it's ideal for freeing stuck piston rings. I also noticed a 2-3 degree decrease in running engine temperature, from 186 to 183 F. It quiets the engine and seems to optimize as well as work in harmony with both conventional and synthetic oils I've used.If you are like me and prefer to keep high-mileage engine alive and well, use this. You cannot go wrong. You are absolutely getting your money's worth.
