It's not dual sim and the battery dies fast

The phone is second hand!!!
The phone is second hand,absolutely is not brand new,despite was in sealed,inside in the box was a lot of dust and even pieces of tree leaves or maybe tobacco…The good is the phone working well for now and seems the battery is still in good condition.On the phone exists very light marks of use and scratches,but once again - very lightly and hard visible.

The voice of the phone very very low specially when I answer my calling
I'm very sad when I buy new phone in box but unfortunatelyI can't amagin when I answer my call I can't hear properly the voice very very low and i need to buy new headphone to hear my calling really very bad feeling I'm really not happy .
