50-331 10" MUSHROOM GLASS - Fitter; 4-9/16 in.; Height; Sprayed Inside White

Fits great and looks good. I was mortified when I was cleaning the outdoor fan in my pool cage and dropped the light cover.

This is not exactly the same shape as the one I replaced, but it fits fine, is fairly thick glass, and looks great. So glad I got free shipping on Prime, because other sellers wanted $20 to ship it.

Like another customer, shade fit my opening exactly but I couldn’t attach it because the fitter was too short and the screws were above the fitter. Was not going to drill new holes like another customer did to make it work. Also, the fitter lip was deformed and didn’t have an actual outward flaring “lip” all the way around. Glass wasn’t very thick but would have been ok had I been able to attach.

The product works just fine. I ended up having to drill additional holes into the lamp base, a bit lower than the originals, to make sure that the screws would catch on the lip of the bowl.

I was very hesitant to commit to this purchase because of the reviews about the globe being eggshell thin, but after 4 attempts at purchasing entire fixtures because I was having a hart time getting just a globe (from Amazon and my local Home Depot and Lowe's) with the correct fitter dimensions, I finally decided to commit to the purchase and it's absolutely perfect! All the other globes/fixtures I purchased (and had to return) were MUCH more fragile than this globe. Maybe this globe I purchased was an improved model? It arrived packed very securely with cardboard and styrofoam and from out of the box to installed was less than a minute. The price was a bit more than I had hoped, but my father was so pleased to see his Harbor Breeze ceiling fan/light with the new globe, he gladly reimbursed me for the purchase.

Well the product was pretty and nice. Unfortunately my husband turned the screw on the ceiling fan too tight and broke it. Not returning because 1) I threw it out and 2) it was no fault of the product - the ceiling fan had rusted and the area for the bulb was unbalanced.

I broke the globe on my Hunter ceiling fan light. This was what I ordered to replace it. This one was a little larger than the old one, so we had to get longer screws to hold it. It’s not exactly like the old one, but it works.

hubby didn't screw in bolts when he changed light bulbs in our 15 year old Hampton bay ceiling fan and it fell and broke. We looked everywhere as this one was almost 10 inches at top. None to be found that offered free shipping. So this one fit perfect and makes ceiling fan look more modern as other ones had groves in it. Now I change he bulbs. So glad as I didn't want to replace a working fan as we do use the light a lot.
