Fresh, Kosher, Unsalted and Tasty!
I'm a Trader Joe's fan because everything they touch just seems to bring an extra eye for quality assurance. This mix is no exception. I buy raw nuts with some trepidation. Sometimes it just taste bland or "soft". This mix was fresh and delicious. HORRIBLE
This nut mix was the worst I have ever had. All the nuts were extremely old. The brazil nuts were grayish in the area that should be white or cream colored. The other nuts were very small and dried-out. I can just imagine someone clearing out all the old items and selling them instead of throwing them out. I have never gotten anything that was not terrific from a Trader Joe's store.

Nice snack and good for health.
I thought raw nuts would not taste the same as roasted nuts. They are delicious. They do not have salt on them, but if I wanted salt, I would put them in a plastic bag, add some sea salt, seal the bag and shake!

Fresh and ready to use.
Arrived in perfect condition. Product was fresh and just as described. Made a delicious batch of roasted nuts with spices and rosemary. Would puchase again.
