Easy to put on and take off the phone (Samsung Note 10 plus). Included charger gives enough power through quite short micro USB cable, but additional USB connector on the charger gives only 0.5A which is pretty much useless by today standards. If you want to use longer cable to power this phone holder you gonna need different charger.Very limited swivel makes hard to find comfortable phone position.Dispite some flaws it's very good phone holder and fast wireless charger.

The suction cup was simple to use and I had the mount installed in minutes.Easy to place phone in mount. Requires two hands to remove.My Pixel 6 charges quickly and it seems to work on other phones too.Very satisfied.

Easy to place and remove phone. The arms automatically close onto the phone once you push it onto a mechanical button on the surface of the cradle. Easy to place in one handed which is what I wanted. Wireless charging means no messing with cables when you should concentrating on traffic etc. The best phone holder and charger I have ever had in the car. Fits to windscreen exteremly securely. It's winter so cannot comment on summer performance at staying on the screen. Adjustment of arms very flexible and easy to do. I want one for my desk but they are expensive.

Nice and easy to use. Looks good and very sturdy, changed the cable for a 6ft charging lead which looks better as there isn’t any hanging wires. Only problem is the charging output isn’t the same but that’s expected

Just the job, changes phone

Not impressed at all.Paid a lot of money for this and it does not do what it says on the tin.Will not in any way or form stick to the dashboard, feels like a cheap plastic toy made in China and not the quality that it gives the impression at all in the photos,This is the issue when you buy online because if I had gone into a shop and picked this up then there is no way at all I would have paid for this.I dont care what the other reviews state this is definatelt not worth the money at all.

Fitted this holder to my car today. In the past, I have always opted for cheap £10 suction mount holders (on the Windscreen) . These cheap items however did not have charging capability and after a summer's use would inevitably fail as the UV rays would weaken the plastic in the suction cup mechanism and cause it to break. I decided to purchase the iOttie as it seemed much sturdier than the items I have used previously and most importantly it has the Wireless Charging capability; it also offers the ability to mount on the Dashboard.I am not disappointed by the build quality (it is very good) and the Wireless charging works well on my Samsung S9+, however I have given this 3 stars because of the awful dashboard mounting. I thoroughly cleaned my dashboard before fitting, however within a very short period the adhesive on the plastic dashboard disk peeled away. After sticking it back on a couple of times it had completely lost its stickiness. This has forced me to suction mount on my windscreen once more and looking at the suction cup mechanism, it appears to be almost identical to the £10 'disposable' items I have used before. I sincerely hope I am wrong and that this device will outlive the UV punishment it is going to get next summer, however I do not believe it will.Come on iOttie, this is a premium well constructed product, why ruin the experience with a cheap dashboard mount that is not fit for purpose?

Hello all. So...I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and it's *just* horsey enough now to not fit in spaces well (cupholders, for instance). And I've always wanted some kind of phone mount and have never been motivated enough to actually take the time to find the right one, etc.I first tried a couple of different ones from a big box store, you know...hey, it's right there, let's just try it...and they were both terrible. One was basically a cupholder plug with a mast coming out of it, and the other was a 'stick this in the air vent' joint and I thought they both sucked, flimsy, unsteady, junk. Both returned.This iOttie thing, thus far, it's really near perfect, I love it. I feel fancy now. I kid, but only a little. The suction cup mount has held perfectly over a week of driving and railroad tracks and bumps, and I have the arm extended all the way out, and down, so it's exerting pretty decent leverage on the suction cup with the phone mounted and weighing it down. You can easily adjust the mount it to hit the wireless sweet spot on the phone perfectly. Push the phone onto it, and a little button on the back pad releases the side grabbers which hold the phone snug, whether vertically, or if you turn it horizontally. Then to release, you grab a couple of other little side levers of sorts and they push the grabber bars out again and lock open for the next time you mount it.I really was only interested in the 'hold this thing up for me' aspect of it, just to have maps running while going to my many work destinations, but the wireless charging thing is fantastic. Also, the lighter socket plug has its own USB port, so in other words, you can plug this in and charge the phone and still plug another device into that plug. Which I haven't (yet) done.Maybe I'll come back cursing if the suction cup fails me and the thing goes flying, but as I said, so far, perfect, tight, all good. I have a Highlander Hybrid Limited, the dash is not super smooth but certainly not bumpy, and it does have a little bit of a convex hump, and a little fiddling around with the right spot, as I said, produced a tight connection. One small note: this thing came with basically a little hard plastic disk, a mounting plate, with the idea being that I suppose you could mount that first, and then take the suction cup off and on again as you wish, or maybe switch cars or locations...I don't know. Anyway, that thing had almost zero adhesive on it and fell off immediately, so I just don't use it.I'd say buy this with confidence and it wasn't a lot of money.

Great charging for a Google pixel 3XL. That the main reason I bought it. Had an issue at first with the adhesion to the dash, but that may have been my fault as after re-application it sticks just fine.
